Committee: Research Committee

Mission Statement

Under the direction of the Vice President for Education and Research, this committee works closely with the Education Committee in organizing research related learning labs at the Annual PPAG Conference. This committee is responsible for reviewing submitted abstracts, organizing the poster presentations, and rewarding the Best Poster and Yoiung Investigator Awards at the PPAG educational meetings.

The Board Charges the Research Committee with the following in 2009:

Continue evaluation of submitted abstracts and identify Platform Presentations, and Research Awards.
Develop two 2 hour workshops for the Annual Meeting.
Launch two completed surveys and develop two new clinical practice surveys that inform the membership about similarities and differences in pediatric pharmacy practice.
