In an effort to better understand the educational needs of members, the Education Committees encourage you to participate in the 2006 Educational Needs Assessment Survey.

You can take the survey anonymously. Participation is voluntary. The results of the survey will be used during the planning process for the 15th Annual Pediatric Pharmacy Conference | 2006 Annual Meeting. The survey is only 7 questions long, and it should not take you too long to complete.
