Recertification Curriculum Guide for the General Pediatrics Pharmacy Specialist
PPAG University's Recertification program requires that you earn 100 units over a 7 year recertification cyle. Below is a year-by-year Guide (suggestion) to earn BCPPS Recertification if you are a General Pediatrics Practitioner. The Guide assumes you have earned your BCPPS credentials in 2015 or 2016. However, the pattern below will repeat in the following years. Remember, you are not required to follow this Curriculum Guide. It is a guide that optimizes your Recertification goals by aligning content with your professional develop goals. You can customize your program to fit your needs. PPAG University offers you ample opportunities to achieve BCPPS Recertification. The goal of this Curriculum Guide is to help you plan your live meeting/conference attendance.
The advantage of this Guide is the Annual Meetings. In 2016, 2018, 2020 and 2022, the Annual Meeting will offer dedicated General Pediatrics educational blocks. The Guide exposes you to live content dedicated to five of the Core PPAG Specialty Areas (NICU, Nutrition/GI, General Peds, Hematology/Oncology/Transplant during the Spring Annual Conferences and Ambulatory Care and Medication Safety during the Fall Meeting)
