Summary

The tax cuts and jobs act is sure to have an impact on the community pharmacy industry. This course will overview the TCJA and key tax strategies and changes you need to know. This course will also examine the role fundamental accounting plays in pharmacy management and proactive tax planning.

1. Explain why fundamental accounting is important
2. Discuss key areas of pharmacy balance sheet, P/L and cash flows
3. Identify key performance indicators (KPI) for pharmacists
4. Discuss tax strategies and need to know changes with tax reform
